Crate and Barrel has a whole section of their store and catalog devoted to tasting parties right now. These are their tasting chocolates. I'd serve them with fruits and cheese, probably not along with other desserts.
They also sell tasting honeys - good with crackers and cheese.
I'm not honestly sure how I would serve the tasting salts as most of my friends are vegetarians, and I suspect the salts are mostly used with meats...
