Want to really surprise and overwhelm a female friend or relative? I think this Pomegranate bonsai tree is a really amazing gift idea. I'm a big sucker for miniature trees anyway. It's only a little more expensive than a bouquet of flowers which would die in a week. This will bloom indoors and might even produce a few small pomegranates. Very impressive.
